Refund policy
At Ranger Bison, we take pride in delivering high-quality jerky made from premium ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are considered final once they leave our facility.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, partially consumed, or are past their “Best By” date.
